Well I am in week 5 of my teaching year. How crazy have those last 5 weeks been? OMG! New students - sigh. They keep on getting younger and younger. I am of the belief that teenaged boys are a different species of near- human. They seem to resemble humans in many ways, yet in other ways ... no.

My time has also been spent at professional development training so I can learn to deal better with near- humans. I have actually enjoyed that.

Big news event: I at last have the house to myself . The last of my kids has MOVED OUT. OMG. I tidied the house yesterday and IT"S STILL TIDY!!! The laundry is visible - no more piles of washing obscuring the washing machine. Bliss.

It's been so hot here. Up in the 40's C. I am over it. So tired of my makeup ending up in my lap, dude.

Received my stuff from uni so study starts again this week. Joy. Only 3 more units to go so will be finished by the end of the year. How hard is it to study while working fulltime? It's no picnic.

Other musings: majorly unimpressed by James Cordon. I mean seriously.
